No. In the event that an item is damaged we will gladly replace that same item, if the damaged product is unopened and returned to us within 21 days of the original shipment date.

All bears are drawn in pencil and the size of a greeting card is 6 x 4 inches (14 x 11 cm) and the postcard is 5.5 x 4.2 inches (13.9 x 10.8 cm).
